Rich Snebold has been working with family businesses for over 30 years.
In 2002 he co-founded the first and only family business center which was
a division of a bank. Rich is one of only two people in western Pennsylvania
with a certificate in Family Business Advising from the Family Firm Institute
in Boston. In 2007, he was named Family Business Advisor of the Year by The
Family Business Roundtable in Pittsburgh. In May, 2010, Rich received a
certificate from the “SuccessCare” group in Ontario, Canada. The certificate
was a result of his studies in the area of transition and succession planning
for family businesses. SuccessCare is the premier organization in North
America, instructing advisors how to best facilitate transition in family businesses.
