Our Philosophy
After more than thirty years working with families in business,
I firmly believe that the answers to 90%+ of the issues that challenge
family businesses, are in the minds and hearts of the members of the
business-owning family. I believe that my role in the
process of dealing with those challenges, is to create an atmosphere
where honest assessments and open communication are welcomed. Acting as
your "advocate" and coordinator, I will work with your advisors and/or
"best of class" specialists, to see that the time invested in working "on
your business" is as good an invesment as the time you spend working "in
your business". If that philosophy makes sense to you, then I would welcome
